What are the working hours of the customer service?
Customer service operate on a daily basis from 9am to 1am
Any inquiries will be answered within 24 hours maximum.

 

How can I change/cancel my order?
For edit or cancelation, please send us your order # and request to cancel it on the following email:

To change anything in the order, you have to cancel it FIRST, then place another new order.
